“I had a vision of what an amazing restaurant might look like… so I just did whatever it took to make it reality.”

My story is similar to many other small business owners…. a guy finally gets off the sidelines of dreaming of owning his own restaurant and does whatever it takes to follow his passion. My passion happened to be great Mexican food, good beers, and killer margaritas. So armed with just enough knowledge to get the doors open, I and a dedicated team of believers launched Austin’s Burritos in January of 2018 and we haven’t looked back since.

To say that I’ve learned a thing or two since starting a restaurant would be an understatement. It’s a fun business and I get to enjoy it with a fantastic team of people. We live each day guided by a love for our customers, our team, our community, and our brand. If we focus on these vital items, everything else will take care of itself.

Our crew arrives early each morning to make everything fresh. It makes a difference using premium ingredients, high quality meats, and not cutting corners. From our fresh salsas to our handmade guacamole, our guests quickly realize that a firm commitment to excellence is apparent in everything we serve.

The recipe to success hasn’t been a hard one to follow, just serve great food made with wholesome ingredients, treat people well, and tell ‘em thank you for visiting us. Throw in some good tunes and keep the place clean and you’ve got yourself a restaurant that people will want to brag to their friends about.
